Is EterSystem available in English?
Yes. The admin panel is bilingual EN/ES. Customer-facing pages (menu, booking widget, loyalty card) render automatically in 5 languages based on the browser. Onboarding and email support are available in English.
Where is my data stored?
All data is hosted on Spanish/EU servers. We are GDPR/LOPDGDD compliant and we sign a DPA (Data Processing Agreement) with every customer.
Will it work with my POS?
Yes. AppCarta and GoNow integrate with the most common POS systems used in Spain (Camarero10, Ágora, Revo, Lightspeed). Crewly exports payroll data in the standard format expected by Spanish gestoría software (A3, Quipu, Holded).
Is there a long-term contract?
No. All plans are month-to-month with no termination fee. We earn your renewal every month.
Are you compliant with the new Verifactu / electronic invoicing law?
Yes. Our roadmap is aligned with the AEAT Verifactu deadlines (1 Jan 2026 for companies above €6M turnover, 1 Jan 2027 for the rest of companies, 1 Jul 2027 for self-employed). The B2B electronic invoicing module of Ley Crea y Crece is also on the roadmap.
